Managed a Social Planner in Chicago and remotely trained a new social activation team member in New York for Oracle. As a manager, I provided daily guidance and met with my team monthly, ensuring they were on track to complete their specific goals. Additionally, I organized multiple events where everyone was invited to learn new features of the main social platforms instilling collaboration and innovation.
