Promoted into this role by the EMEA Supply Chain Director. A member of the EMEA Supply Chain leadership team, reporting directly into the EMEA SC Director, and partnering with the French Managing Director. Recruited, developed and led the FR supply chain team to success, throughout notably complex and challenging times (15 employees – 4 managers). Also key point of liaison for multiple 3PL vendors and partners. Crucial part of my role was identifying and implementing network optimizations, robust inventory management principles and driving the overall cost reduction across the supply chain, delivering YOY savings. Key Achievements:- Designed and implemented end to end supply chain for Dyson FR direct business (logistics, transports, sales administration, customer services and IT systems):o Dyson website + 3 markets places - SLA next day delivery - Sales activity >60k uo 4 Dyson stores and multiple concessions and pop-up stores- Negotiated and gained 12% savings on transport cost (600k€/year)- Managed end to end warehouses move for finished goods, including set up of a new repair workshop / distribution center for spares. This included defining and implementing all processes to fit lean and best in class services and costs.- Fully owned and conducted multi-discipline, collaborative audit to build and implement a new Sales and Operations planning process.- Conducted and processed the outsourcing of the call center, increasing capacity and capabilities (8k customer calls/month)
