Responsible for making daily site report prior to the scheduled daily activities.• Check and prepares weekly updates of activities accomplishments prior to the three weeks look ahead.• Determine and prepares semi monthly update of department’s accomplishment with accordance to project’s mechanical engineer.• Estimates site material requirements as per site condition.• Prepares material requisition prior to the activities insufficient materials.• Procure / Follow up updates for the delivery of the materials needed on site.• Validate upon receiving of materials and make inspection request upon material arrival to ensure that it is the approved materials.• Liaise with the consultant regarding some issues related on site.• Liaise with the other trades/ contractor regarding the coordination of work.• Check and prepares Inspection Request for the consultant upon completion of the specific task to ensure quality and workmanship.• Provides site modification drawings based upon site condition.• Quantifies materials required for the specific activities• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may rise.

Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for the screening of work orders based on priority of works, identification of scope of works based upon the analysis on the required planning.- Conducts site inspection to identify and document job requirements.- Makes safety procedures, including lock-out/tag out procedures prior to the work commencement incorporated in the company's safety policies.- Estimate required man-hours prior to the work orders scope of works, total work order duration and skills/manpower required to perform the task.- Procures equipment, specialize tools required to perform the job.- Determine and gathers necessary engineering or technical data/documents, specification and drawings needed in the job.- Determine and arranges for parts needed in the execution of the work order.- Work with Stores to manage spare part usage to maximize turns but minimize risk of using critical spares.- Provide job estimates based on craft or skills required, sequence required and number required.- Verifies all material, information, tools and Labor are available prior to scheduling.- Follow up and communicates schedule to all resources: maintenance, production, outside services, stores and technical.- Prints and delivers work orders to the skilled trades in connection to the weekly work schedule.- Able to measure accurately the work order backlogs in its various forms and as much as possible maintains one week advanced schedule of work orders.- Ensures all work orders and materials are closed upon work order completion.
