Within the Association of Intergalactic Governments, the need was there for the very first POTUS and with such it is my honor to accept this role.AIG is responsible for and maintain the Space Law, Space Policy and many more intergalactic laws & treaties.Space law is the body of law governing space-related activities, encompassing both international and domestic agreements, rules, and principles. Parameters of space law include space exploration, liability for damage, weapons use, rescue efforts, environmental preservation, information sharing, new technologies, and ethics. My primary responsibility is Incident and Change Management within the internal Organisation of LeaseWeb Global Services. Incident Management includes the activities required to diagnose the Incidents and to determine the resolution to those Incidents together with the Operations Departments and/or Development Department. It is also responsible for ensuring that the resolution is implemented through the appropriate control procedures, especially via the Change Management and Release Management process, based on the Itil foundations.Within my role of Incident and Change Manager I work closely together with the Problem Manager to ensure that IT service availability and quality are increased.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Contributes to: other ITIL processes, Auditing Compliance ISO 9001, 27001, PCI-DSS, Regular Business Processes,2. Monitors and coordinates the assigned process and provides timely and accurate management information, reports and status updates of that process3. Evaluates the assigned process and initiates process improvements4. Educates coworkers about the assigned processNext to the daily Incident and Change Management tasks I also provide several reports for the Operational Organization. Analyzing these reports for improvement purposes with the goal of better Customer Service and to meet our Net Promoter Score target.
