My primary responsibility is Incident and Change Management within the internal Organisation of LeaseWeb Global Services. Incident Management includes the activities required to diagnose the Incidents and to determine the resolution to those Incidents together with the Operations Departments and/or Development Department. It is also responsible for ensuring that the resolution is implemented through the appropriate control procedures, especially via the Change Management and Release Management process, based on the Itil foundations.Within my role of Incident and Change Manager I work closely together with the Problem Manager to ensure that IT service availability and quality are increased.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Contributes to: other ITIL processes, Auditing Compliance ISO 9001, 27001, PCI-DSS, Regular Business Processes,2.
