I am currently responsible for the global administration of the 'People Portal' (SAP SuccessFactors) system in addition to other HR applications. - Implemented the "People Portal" (SAP SuccessFactors) Employee Central (Including Integration with Microsoft Azure AD.), LMS, Recruitment and Onboarding modules.- Co-ordinated the migration of Employee Data (including document migration) from ResourceLink HRIS to the 'People Portal" SAP SuccessFactors. - Created clear requirements and data models, process diagrams and other artefacts.- Worked effectively across a complex set of stakeholders both Internal and external to deliver value by identifying opportunities and solutions to satisfy customer and business needs- Actively participated in, and facilitated, Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives- Used Business Intelligence approaches to analyse past performance to gain insight and guide business planning.

Project Lead for the migration and integration project teams (around 20 project members) within a large-scale hospital-wide eMR replacement project. The wider project spanned 20 months in duration and involved over 300 project members.Key responsibilities were:- Co-ordinated the migration from the hospital information system to a new Electronic Medical Records (eMR) system;- Managed the integration and interfacing using HL7, EdiFact of approximately 30 third-party applications, including a number of PACS and LIMS applications;- Determined project scope and staff resources required to complete projects, in addition to budget management for both project groups;- Monitored project work plans, timelines, test cases and go-live scripts;- Reported outcomes to Program Manager on a regular basis.- Supplier and other stakeholder relationship management.
