A systematic approach was developed for team members to accurately match each chemical in our inventory with the most current MSDS from the respective vendor.RiskAssess System Implementation: Committed to the school's safety and in compliance with legal requirements, we transitioned to the RiskAssess system for efficient risk assessment management. I successfully led the conversion and adaptation of over 500 risk assessments to the RiskAssess format, safeguarding the compliant execution of practical experiments and instilling a culture of safety within the school's lab environments.Year 12 Excursion to Monash University Parkville: Recognizing the value of practical experience and exposure to advanced technological apparatus, I organized an insightful excursion for Year 12 Chemistry students to Monash University Parkville. During this trip, students gained hands-on experience with the cutting-edge Shimadzu HPLC machine, enriching their practical knowledge base. Additionally, I delivered an engaging talk on effective strategies for navigating university life, and arranged a candid interaction with a PhD student, offering students an authentic glimpse into advanced academic pathways.Development of a Practical Experiments Scheduling System: Aiming to enhance efficiency and promote collaboration within the school's scientific community, I designed and implemented a new scheduling system for practical experiments. This system nurtures collaboration across various year levels, from Year 7 to VCE, and extends to another campus, cultivating a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. As a result, efficiency in scheduling and preparing for experiments has significantly improved, paving the way for a more streamlined and effective lab workflow.

As a part of Australia's largest retail pharmacy group, I am passionate in delivering exceptional customer service by providing them an unforgettable experience with us. On the other hand, I am demanded of excellent communications between all stakeholders and ability to work well with others to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy. Lastly, my multi-tasking and time management skill is greatly sharpened and allow me to perceive the macro picture.

I was invited back into the company to continue on my previous project. I was part of the formulation development team in research and development under portfolio solutions team. My focus was application testing, generating useful data for current and up-coming products. I was requested to give a presentation to external companies that visited us in interest of collaboration. I was honoured to be part of portfolio solutions annual meeting where I was able to expand my perspectives on where our team fits in the large organization. On top of my assigned projects, I was entrusted to take on a project from Nufarm New Zealand. I managed to complete the project on time and gave a presentation together with a write-up report.

As part of the R&D team of Nufarm Australia, I attempted to construct a predictive model using Principle Component Analysis for spray drift risk in herbicides spray application. The model showed no power in predicting spray drift due to low amount of data but it greatly enhanced my critical thinking and time management skills.
