Eryn is a self-starter driven to advance health equity, optimize processes, and create opportunities for performance improvement. Her wide array of professional experiences has translated into a repertoire of skills, not limited to project management, data analysis, strategic thinking, and process & quality improvement. Nearly at every turn, she works hard to both identify and resolve problems. At One Medical, she created & established office workflows and managed patient communications to improve population health metrics. At Children's Hospital Los Angeles, she conducted market research to identify strategic opportunities and determine patient demand. At Transform Health, she crafts Excel formulas and automations to enhance team productivity and quality. In May 2023, her experiences and education culminated with her Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California (USC). Moving forward, she aims to devote her career to eliminating health disparities, improving quality of care, and increasing access to care for historically disadvantaged communities.
