I have always thrived in environments where I can take initiative! As a graduate from the University of California-San Diego (UCSD), I was a leader in multiple organizations, both within Thurgood Marshall College and in Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda. I learned so much from members of both groups – they were positive, engaged and committed to supporting their peers! In addition, my curiosity led me to explore several internships. As a result, I recognized a passion for people development and talent management. An engaged learner, I graduated Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies-Economics.After graduating, I joined The Sparrey Consulting Group as the first full-time employee of a growing talent management organization. In that role, I have managed the development of our technology solutions, managed client process, and analyzed career and educational trends. I have taken initiative in a professional context, proactively suggesting new products and solutions to serve our clients. To drive projects forward, I set defined goals - completing projects brings me great satisfaction! When I tackle tasks, I keep an open mind, use an analytical approach and maintain a positive attitude. This has resulted in new opportunities and ownership of many tasks. Having spent my childhood immersed in the culture of Taipei, Taiwan, I have witnessed the benefits of cross-cultural experiences as it has opened my eyes to see different perspectives in the way individuals interact.In addition to my affection for cats, I am also an amateur home cook and enjoy exploring the Bay Area.
