As a front desk staff at California State University, Northridge.Some of my duties consists of:• I'm responsible for answering a high volume of telephone calls daily• Greet and assist students with general questions in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner• Complete administrative work as needed, including maintaining spreadsheets, filing documents, research and data collection, copying/faxing/ scanning documents• Manage/ schedule individual and group appointments for all advisors• Deliver and picking up reports from campus office
