In september 2018 I started with my Graduation Thesis at KPN. This was in the form of an internship where I had to map the operational tasks at the Service Quality Center and make a planning model for these tasks.

At this job I provided technical support for KPN customers. I also helped them with moving their internet connections to their new homes. From January 2018 I was also part of the W@lk-in CS project, in which we provided a connection between the Customer Service and other parts of the KPN-Chain. In this role I provided support for projects like testing and developing IT-systems.

I was part of the University Council of the University of Twente on behalf of the student party UReka. We had to approve propositions about the University from the Execute Board, and because of that we had a lot of discussions with them. In this year we discussed a lot of important projects, like a new Education Model for the University and financial support for student activism.

I served the board of the OS, which is the organization for all study associations. As Representative for the faculty Science & Technology I held regularly meetings with all chairmen of the study associations related to this faculty to represent their opinions in our board meetings.

From march 2009 till march 2010 I was the Commissioner Internal Affairs for Study Association Arago at the University of Twente. I coordinated members of different committees with their activities and recruited new members for the committees. From september 2009 I also held the position of Vice-Chairman of the board.
