The contracts are created by my lawyer and sent to your lawyer for review. Insurance is placed on all properties with the lean holder as a payee to secure your funds. Our Private Lenders receive a flat rate of return and our process from purchase to sell is averaging 3-4 months. If you require PPI, the payment must be handled through the escrow company used to close the deal. We value our network and our partnership’s with our clients and hope to of building a long, working relationship with you. If you seek a long term investment opportunity, we have 20 clients who have enrolled in our lease option to buy program which will allow you to carry the note for the project. We follow our remodeling process to purchase and renovate the home but our clients will move into the property once completed.
