The IP SAAVY’s approach embodied in my book and IP-BC course is the only utility patenting course you will ever need. It offers a framework for IP acquisition based on TSM (The Schwartz Method) for acquiring utility patents with Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA). I show how TSM can be integrated into the product development lifecycle using my BBT model (Big Bang Theory of IP Capitalization) for sequencing patent filing with the product development lifecycle. Using a post AIA point of view, I focus on how to accelerate MPEP compliant utility patent formation with innovation players that are experts as well as those that have little to no formal patenting knowledge.
