 Latin American Region Manager (11 distributors)- Coordinating with distributors for B/Plan Achievement & Price Support spending. Major distributors are Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Panama, Paraguay, Argentina & Uruguay.- Responsible for operational activities like meeting B/Plan targets; Order Taking / Spec checking / confirming Orders; Forecast taking; Proforma Invoice issuance & Payment follow ups; Production clearance & Ensuring timely Shipment & Legalization of shipping documents for Oman & Iraq.- Handling pre/post shipment queries and Making country presentations for regular analysis and Retail Sales & Stock analysis after each shipment.- Regular interaction with Regional HQ in Miami regarding marketing promotional activities in the Market and daily internal coordination with Production/Spec./Logistics/Finance. Shipment Planning:- Ensuring B/Plan ach. wrt. Shipment and preparing whole year projections for shipment based on Production Capacity, B/Plan, Market performance.- Allocating volumes based on special requests from Distributors, Payment availability. etc.- Monthly shipment targets and finalizing volumes for future month based on market demand, forecast projections & production constraints. ERP System Updation and Up gradation- Key member of ERP Team. Price Support Analysis - Keeping tab on the Price Support (Budgeting) spending as per Orders received and highlighting and advising the management on possible Area of Concern.- Suggesting on possible solutions such as price inc., reduced order taking, etc. from a particular region / model.
