Collaborate with clients to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products that meet their specific needs and objectives. I specialize in translating ideas into compelling visual concepts, creating prototypes, and refining designs based on feedback.

Working within Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital, I hold the responsibility of serving as a dedicated mentor. My role encompasses providing guidance, offering direction, conducting weekly meetings, and facilitating on-site sprints for university students. The objective is to assist them in the development of a sustainable business, starting from the early ideation phase and progressing towards market-validated output.

GudangAda is Indonesia’s largest and fastest-growing B2B FMCG aiming to empower the traditional trade. GudangAda connects manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers across Indonesia.I designed and maintained products from end-to-end, across mobile and web platforms, in the Marketplace (Seller Platform) and Sales Ops product domains.- Digitalized admin fees payment offline flow into a fully functional feature in the GudangAda app. More than 50% of our sellers regularly use the feature to pay their fees in the first two months since the release, with a success payment rate of 75%.- Designed and launched a new internal tool “GADA Sales App” to increase and improve Sales’ workflow efficiency. Succeeded to be fully adopted and used by our sales team with >1.000 number of store visit reports.- Increased the conversion rate of new sellers acquisition by improving the onboarding experience.- Contributed to organizing GudangAda’s design files and team project managements.- Actively assist other designers and peers in making design decisions, tackling project constraints, giving alternatives, and enhancing their design process and thinking.Promoted to Mid-level Product Designer (from PD-II to PD-III) based on performance review in early 2022.

I led the design effort in the New User Acquisition team (Growth tribe). Designed and maintained products across Android, iOS, and desktop; worked closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Data teams to craft user-centered designs. I also designed icons for the whole marketplace features and campaigns in collaboration with four other designers.Promoted to Mid-level Product Designer (PD-I) based on performance review in early 2021.

Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia

I led the design effort in the Paid Promotion team. Designed and maintained 5+ products across iOS, Android, and desktop.- Designed and launched Iklan Lapak (seller’s ads on store level), added a new revenue stream, and increased promotion budget usage.- Designed and launched Promoted Push Statistics, increased the visit rate of Promoted Push, and decreased users' churn rate.- Revamped and simplified Promoted Push activation flow, increased the number of promoted products.- Designed a seller’s business advisor feature to improve active seller’s main process in selling products. Assisted a UX researcher in doing foundational research and pilot testing.

Designed a B2B procurement app BukaPengadaan.com and three social products. Created campaign banners, Instagram stories, and illustrations.

Bandung Area, West Java, Indonesia

Developed a web application called “Goers Event Manager”.- Created design system components using React.js and implemented it into a pixel-perfect user interface.- Analyzed product requirements with UI/UX designers from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.- Implemented unit testing and performed code reviews to ensure code quality.
