The Counterterrorism Airborne Analysis Center (CTAAC) is responsible for supporting forward-deployed US and coalition military units via first-phase exploitation of Predator full motion video. Analyzed video to support real-time counterterrorism operations and conduct target development to enable future operations. Four position qualified (Eyes On, Products, Multi-Source Analyst and Screener) as of Jan 2015.

Responsible for first phase imagery analysis of Reaper full motion video supporting Customs and Border Protection southern border initiatives. Conducted live and forensic analysis and created graphical intelligence products for federal and local law enforcement organizations to include Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection and Texas Department of Public Safety.

Conducted basic geospatial analysis training in a classroom environment. Delivered lectures and hands on training to 15+ students daily. Maintained student databases and administered written tests and computer based progress checks.

Responsible for a $1.2 million dollar intermediate level imagery training program. Managed 21 online courses; responsibilities included periodic material updates, new course development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure the best product possible.

Beale Afb, Ca.

Managed a seven person multi-intelligence Group level Standardization and Evaluation team. Responsibilities included tracking, evaluating and testing a 400 person squadron and several off-site National Guard and Reserve units. Created a robust Excel trend analysis database which led to several HHQ/MAJCOM “Excellent” inspection ratings.

Osan Ab, Rok

Led a five person team that conducted research, exploitation and dissemination of national imagery high interest target list. Duties included significant long term analysis in support of Indication and Warning objectives and briefing the Wing Commander daily on significant imagery developments and products. Also mentored subordinates on personal, professional and disciplinary matters.

Beale Afb, Ca.

Initially fulfilled a basic analyst position, then promoted into supervisory positions. Imagery analyst responsibilities included first phase imagery reports and creating graphics products. Additionally, conducted target research and initiated/maintained communication with other intelligence analysts to ensure accurate products. As a Review and Validation Supervisor responsibilities included overall tasking accountability to be included in post-mission summaries and accuracy of all written products. Imagery Mission Supervisor responsibilities included overarching imagery mission; including initial communication with theater mission management personnel, systems analysis and problem solving involving the exploitation systems and disseminating products to customers in the field. Imagery Mission Supervisor qualified for the following platforms: U-2, Predator and Global Hawk.

Davis-Monthan Afb, Az.

Conducted extensive second phase imagery analysis and provided in depth written and graphical products in support of a sustained national imagery mission. Worked on a 10 person team and was hand selected for advanced training to disseminate raw imagery to peers for exploitation and product creation.
