1. Leading and managing spend of ~1bn $.2. Discussing, negotiation and managing the KPI/KPR with the client, internal stakeholders and subcontractors, including Asset Availability, MTTR, etc. for 2 major O&M Contracts (Cairo Metro Line 3 & New Capital LRT)3. Preparing, Managing and negotiating of all direct and indirect budgets for the major 2 O&M contracts for all O&M units: Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, BFM, Track, CS including the relevant Subcontracts, spare parts, Capex, TSA, Intra-group, etc. 4. Leading, managing and concluding projects/tenders for all different categories of spend of the O&M contracts.5. Leading compliance, Anti-Corruption (SAPIN II), and risk management programs for Procurement and Contracts for Egypt entity, in cooperation with the group in France.6. Leading tenders and contract negotiations with the Client and the subcontractors.7. People Manager of a team of 6 colleagues, we are all working together on managing and leading the Procurement, Contracts, Logistics and Customs Clearance activities of RATP Dev. Egypt subsidiary .8. Developing of CMMS (IBM Maximo) for the major O&M activities, as well as the relevant logistics and coding of all relevant O&M spare parts, special tooling, molds, Capex, etc.9. Establish a knowledge of stakeholder management processes and ensure engagement with stakeholders throughout the process.10. Leading and developing strategies for Procurement performance metrics (Cost Savings, Payment Terms, Free cash flow, etc.)11. Manages sophisticated financial analysis and business cases.12. 1. Managing a remote team of 3 colleagues, based in UK, Dubai and India.2. Sourcing materials, special toolings, MRO, molds, fabricated items, etc. for the 3 plants in Egypt, England and Wales. (Egypt plant: Battery manufacturing - England plant: Special aid batteries - Wales plant: Autocare and Chemical products) 3. Leading all aspects of Indirect Procurement (market intelligence, spend analytics, sourcing, category management and contracting). Categories of responsibility includes Operations, MRO, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Machinery, CapEx and etc. for Egypt, UK Plants & MEA region.4. Review and signing contracts (Up to 250K USD) and managing annual spend of more than 100 Million USD.5. Leading a critical part of the global risk management program in EMEA region, including setting strategies for risk assessment and risk mitigations, and supporting the global compliance programs.6. Implement company procurement initiatives and supports global projects.7. Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and payment terms improvement initiatives according to the company strategy and objectives.8. Leading Strategic Projects both locally and internationally.9. Preparation and leading negotiation to deliver best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with technique such as should cost and zero based pricing.10. Conducting of sourcing techniques and strategies with engagement of stakeholders throughout the process.11. Collaboration with functional stakeholders on optimization of materials and services and develop necessary plan to manage and track results with view to reduce COGS.
