• Plan and coordinate all project activities to ensure timely completion of existing and new projects
• Prepare documentation and technical support for presentation or product introduction to potential clients.
• Preparation of stock items for project requirements
• Review and improve customer offer documentation and co-ordinate with customers, consultants, sub-contractors on the requirement, contractual and technical matter.
• Compile the overall pricing sheet for each project.
• Maintain day to day records of project progress

Cairo

• Set sales forecast for different areas.
• Initiate new markets in new areas.
• Pool on ongoing basis distributors, select key accounts and open business with them.
• Handle retailers’ network of each distributor.
• Plan timely forecast for assigned distributors’ orders that take part of the overall forecast of the local market.
• Take the orders and follow-up delivery and payment.

• Solve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Conduct sales analysis.
• Select and verify market information.
• Perform complete sales cycle with customers.
• Match sales offices reports results with the plans in order to take corrective action when needed.
• Support in setting and reviewing sales target with each sales executive.
