I'm currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at Izam Inc. which has many digital products & services. As an ERP Technical Support my duties are dealing with clients, walking them through the system, explaining the system and how every module works, scheduling demo meetings to clarify everything. Also, collaborating with other teams to deliver the best experience to the customers as we always listening, noting and implementing what the customers need as much as we can. This position taught me many about the Omnichannel Awareness, as the customer has more than channel to contact us like phone, email, and WhatsApp. My writing skills have improved greatly as emailing & chatting with many client from different countries taught me how, when and to whom we should write the most suitable respond. Also, my knowledge with Windows, Help Desk Software, Cloud Services Administration, Microsoft Office, Database Management has increased and increasing everyday, which with time will help us provide the customers the service they are expecting, and growth that the company deserve.

Working as a customer service rep at Concentrix taught me many things. Starting with basics like dealing with customers, handling them, walking them through the process, showing empathy, and helping them take the right decision based on their need, capabilities and expectations. Secondly and most importantly, retaining the customers from leaving the service, by offering discounts on their payment, understanding their problems and assuring them, helping them navigate the system and use it more frequently, and of course using highly advanced tools to troubleshoot any outages or issues. My data entry skills has increased, as I was also responsible of creating accounts and entering all the data required. Following up with clients to make sure that all is working, as After Sales Services considered one of the most important things that not only the customer appreciates but also deserves. and of course, product knowledge, updating the customers with all new features and being their while trying them, help us increase the trust and bond between him/her as a user and our organization, and that we will always meet his/her expectations and he/she doesn't have to look for an alternative.
