- Ensure all relevant staff is competent to use PTW system and the supporting certificates (Mechanical/process/electrical/safety system isolation certificates, confined space entry certificate, etc.…)- Actively encourage staff to report all Near Misses / Unsafe Acts/ Conditions.- Participate in incidents investigation, analysis and track the recommendations and corrective actions - Participate in implementing and documenting HSE cases.- Providing HSE training (Theoretical firefighting, Working at height, Scaffolding, Confined space, Hazardous Area Classifications, crane Operation Safety, Elec. Safety, H2S Awareness, safe handling of hazardous material, TRA, TBT, PTW, LOF,.., etc.) for company & Contractors staff.- Ensure the implementation of Emergency Exercise program.- Conduct and monitor all trips JMP leaving Rig location.

HSE Engineer of D.P.S Yard at Sadat cityMy Responsibilities:-- Ensure Health, Safety & Environment aspects compliance with company's policies.- Monitors HSE performance, including incidents reporting &recommends actions for improvement.- Adhere to HSE procedures & policies in accordance with HSE MS.Including:A) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.B) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.C) Actively promote positive safety culture - Ensure that the Implementation of fire prevention and protection program, and to ensure the firefighting equipment’s are in good condition and ready in case of emergency.- Conducting HSE training sessions for all Staff and performed two courses for them ( Firefighting training - first Aid training ) - Investigate accidents / incidents on the Yard,recorded and prepare necessary report and statistics.- Inspect all safety critical equipment and assure its safety functions deliverables for best performance - Identify safety signboards, signage and other educational materials to be installed at site.ROAD SAFETY And IVMS Fleet Tracking Responsibilities :-- dealing with ETIT tracking software - monitoring all vehicles ways and trips - specify a certain route or vector for a vehicle trip . - identifying any violations as our system requirement and link it with one or multiple vehicles . - generating (daily- weekly- monthly ) reports.- report fleet activities. - report fleet violations.- automatic and multiple mail warning techniques.- creating user accounts with different access permissions. - control cut-off engine with mobile SMS for emergency cases. - vehicles programming and periodic operations management.
