• Working with the core sales organizations articulate Dell Technologies’ perspective on GTM service solutions and credentialing our delivery capabilities using success stories to meet customer needs.• Gathering, documenting, and understanding customer specific scope requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in coordination with various LOB.• Collaborating and working with Sales Leaders, Delivery Leads and SMEs, as well as other business partners to develop solution proposals to satisfy customer specific scope requirements and value-based outcomes.• Leading sales pursuits and ensuring compliance with pursuit management processes and governance model:o Schedule, invite key stakeholders, facilitate, and provide input to the Delivery Team solution reviews and risk assessments.o Facilitating Early Demand or Start at Risk requests through Delivery Leadership approval and Resource Management understanding of resource staffing needs.

Part of the Avnet Technology Solutions IBM STG Team, providing pre-sales technical support to IBM STG business primarily on enterprise storage solutions, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. - Study, analyze, and design storage solutions according to customer's business, technical, and operational requirements.- Involve in bidding activities including proposal write-up, BOM preparation, partner/principal engagement on technical designs and delivery, solution validations, client engagement on proposal presentations, technical clarifications, proof-of-concepts and other technical activities.- Strong understanding in storage technologies such as storage virtualization design, SAN fabric design and implementation, storage design best practices, disaster recovery, and backup solutions design.

Develops and applies skills in executing robust analytical and consultative methodologies that positively influence client's opinions of proposed IBM or IBM Business Partner solutions. Acts as advisor and SME to the IBM or IBM Business Partner sales team on the effective use of methods, methodologies and tools. Regularly certifies, senior certifies, or re-certifies to ensure technical & professional skills are maintained.
