Lawrence Law is the Head of Service Delivery & Operations, he manages day-to-day operations and to ensure that delivery of IT services to customers are in alignment with agreed SLA. He oversees the overall IT services delivery, application development and infrastructure team in CMSI. His 14-year career evolved ever since the beginning of Internet era where he started his own non-profit Internet shared resources during his stay in the United States. Upon returning to Malaysia, he led many e-commerce and web technology project implementations especially in FMCG industry and university initiatives; when he worked in local predominant software vendors. He then joined a well-diversified conglomerate, the Sunway Group, moving from construction, shared services, to tertiary industries; where he carried out many key roles to improve, support and promote the IT services within the group. Some of the achievements were the successful implementation of various e-initiatives and best practices, knowledge management, application and infrastructure support to delivery of services. He was the Head of Division in Workflow & Collaboration Division, Support Management, and Project Management Office, contributing in technology advisory and adoption, business-technology alignment framework for managing IT project, prior to joining CMSI. Through his leadership and many years of experience with vast knowledge in ICT, he has envisioned to transform CMSI to become the centre of excellence in service delivery and operations.
