• Responsible for all activities regarding planning and developing of products;- Responsible for new products development, new technologies application, and validation tests for OE&AM;• Main products developed, belt tensioners for timing and accessory drive, timing and accessory drive belts, damper pulleys and bearings;• Development of components for Start/Generator and Boost accessory drive products combined with start stop function;• Program Management for all projects worldwide ;• Localization of components and its suppliers, of aluminum, steel, sintered, stamping, die casting iron, polymers, spring and bolts; • Customer attendance, engineering, quality and purchasing, VW, MAN, GM, MBB, Ford , FCA , and PSA; • Support to sales during the quotation process, elaborating BOM, selecting product, process and technology ;• DVP&R elaboration for design and Product/Process validation;• Product specification according requirements of durability and package of the customer• Problems solving in the customers, presentation of the report of the root cause base in the 8D format;• Engine data acquisition during measurement in vehicle and testing benches, data compiling and report of torsional vibration measurement , damper tuning, tensioner vibration and belt vibration;• Preparation of the technical review presentation, with 3D model, static and dynamic simulation as well as the FEA, regarding the solution to be offered to the customer,• Support to manufacturing during the process definition, elaboration of the DFMEA, PFMEA, flowchart and define process technology to be used;• Support quality during PPAP , preliminary control plan elaboration and all control gages definition;• Participation of the Global Technology and Innovation Meetings to align the employed products, new technologies, methodologies and best practices to be applied among the companies of the group;• Supplier development concerning process and quality complete PPAP;
