I have been in management for 12 years, I have learned Budget systems, Office systems, Revenue expense, Reporting NOI and help develop new training manuals. I was part of the 2023 expansion for a fortune 500 company during the acquisition for LSI holdings. Making our company the top leader in the industry. I help train, restructure teams, develop solutions, drive NOI growth in the markets, Attended SKO meetings, worked close with H.R and hire talent that fit our companies values. I have relocated in markets that needed help outside of the state and traveled to assist properties that were damaged by natural weather phenomenons. During the course of my career, I have worked close with senior leadership in corporate to bring to life their vision of a company they wanted to create. I have worked with start ups and help volunteer in my community.
