I’m new to Equinox, but I’ve been working in the fitness industry for three years. I’m a certified Level 3 personal trainer with a background in bodybuilding and nutrition coaching. I became a trainer after transforming my own life through fitness, and now I’m passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. Outside of the gym, you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing basketball, or participating in my church community, where my faith is an important part of who I am.
