Managed all aspects of production for all of accentmarketing’s offices (Miami, LA and Detroit). Overseeing productions in eight different countries and eleven states in the U.S. while always respecting the budget and timeline of the project. Supervised all phases of production from; pre-production, shooting, and postproduction while always maintaining close contact with the creative team. Worked closely with the directors during the shoot in order to deliver a spot that is 110% of what was expected. Knowledge and understanding of compositing, Flame/Smoke, Avid, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, Maya, Nuke, 3D, Scratch, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and the color correction process.Managed all Hispanic Advertising productions for General Motors for 10 years and created an internal postproduction facility within accentmarketing to handle the regional workload of GM. The facility consists of two edit suites (Final Cut), two audio suites (ProTools) and a 16 person staff (8 Producers, 2 Editors, 2 Audio Engineers, 2 Business Managers, 1 Talent Coordinator and Myself). The facility produced an average of over 2,000 spots per year for 8 years with profits of approximately $1 million per year; representing a 20% savings in postproduction cost to the clients. Productions managed: Automotive, Fast Food, Armed Forces, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Anti-Tobacco, Consumer Packaged Goods, Liquor and Insurance in both Hispanic and General Market advertising.
