Job Responsibilities**Sales• Achieving the personal/company KPI’s targets to meet the overall organizationalobjectives.• Forecasting, calculates the expected monthly sales and identify the customers' needs of the items.• Develop sale plan for that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability in full coordination with the GM.• Achieving set targets.• Conduct quarterly/yearly business reviews to improve sales performance and to further develop company business.**Customer Service & Relationship Management• Provide excellent customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.**Competitor and Product Knowledge• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, Availability, Prices.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitors to identify our unique selling points (USP) thereby driving sales.**Visual Merchandising• Uphold and maintain the visual merchandising aspect of the store, by ensuring that products are correctly coded, tagged, priced etc.to make certain that brand and the standards aremet.• Coordination with the marketing team for promotion tools.• Continuously optimize product display (product arrangement, location, etc.) to enhance customer experience.• Monitor slow moving items/near exp. and take action to reduce prices, set promotions or stock relocation as necessary.**Policy• Ensuring that all store/distributing related policies are being fully complied with in order to ensure the smooth running of the sales operations.**Operations & Administration• Work collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance,Logistics / Warehousing departments to ensure sales objectives are met.Career History• Retail / K Marketing & Sales Manager 02/2021- PresentAt – La Maisons Du gout company, Kuwait• Retail / K Marketing & Sales Manager 2/2019-02/2021At – Al-Islamiya Farm company, Kuwait• Office manager 2/2015 - 1/2019At - Dar International Travel & tourism Kuwait• Booking clerk 4/2013 - 1/2014At - Al-Khalejje travels Kuwai
