I have been in customer service for 6 years, retail for 2 years, and Automotive Administration for 2 years. In the last two years, I started working as a DMV clerk at the License Plate agency. While there I issued registrations, processed North Carolina titles, and resolved insurance lapses while using the NCDOT system. It was there at the DMV where I began to learn as much as I could about title work. In doing that, I came across what is now my current job at Lee Kia of Greenville as their title clerk. Now that I’m here at Lee Kia, I have learned how to reassign, and process titles from as a dealer rather than the face to face way I did at the DMV. I have learned how to do payoffs, write checks, deposit checks, keep records of the deals and file them. I am always looking for a way to better myself and to grow. That way I could help my company grow as well.
