-Preventive/corrective maintenance for diverse facilities systems (Fire, Compressed Air, Electrical, HVAC, Humidity Control, Hydraulic)-Facitilies systems installation coordination.-Responsible for facilities site technical changes and communication with external vendors.-Work site coordination with internal technician staff and external contractors.-Facilities System Verification and Validation Program, (DQ, IQ, OQ) for installed and implemented equipment.-Responsible of facilities services such as layout modifications, implementation of new areas, cleaning and security, preventive and corrective maintenance.-EHS support in site, to guarantee correct safety and environmental practices to comply with the local authorities and regulations.

Plan, administrate, develop and execute internal and external facilities projects for electrical and mechanical installations, civil constructions and maintenance activities such as:-Building Repairs.-HVAC Modifications.-Plant Layout Modifications.-Space Remodelations.-Preventine and Corrective Maintenance.-Civil, Mechanical and electrical installations for building extensions.All of these within the plants premises, in accordance with the organizations policies. EHS regulations and correct practices.

-Construction Activities Manager and planner: developing construction calendars, budgets and resource estimates, construction work sheets and programs, with direct contact with contractors and suppliers.- Quotations, budgets, price analyst for private and public construction biddings.- Resource coordinator (workforce, machinery, tools and materials).‐ Corrective and preventive maintenance coordinator for hydraulic, mechanical and electrical installations.

-Project/Engineering assistant, helping on different projects by developing construction CAD drawings and generating many estimates for an efficient cash-flow.
