Tower Technician IWorked on New Site Build Crew (NSB) building sector mounts. Installed antennasand radios on positions on sector mounts as per Work of Scope JSA per site build.Plumbed RF jumpers from appropriate port from radio to antenna port, putappropriate supports every 3 feet after initial support within 18" from antenna to PIMguard. And radio with 6" straight grounds from radio to sector ground bar. Able to doplumbing on ground and up on the tower. Installed sector mount to apex leg of eachsector with and without crane. Attached cable grabs to power trunks and fiber trunksfor preparation to run lines up from ground to work height for job. Hung power trunksoff beam clamps to head to proper sector. Installed cable support using propergrommets and snap ins on a controlled descend using Petzl ID and rope grab.Rigged load rope with appropriate block with tag line and trolley to self, rigged safetyropes for rescue from tower to ground and from ground to tower. Installed stiff armsfrom mount to tower from handrail and foot rail positions. Aligned antennas to correctazimuth utilizing 3Z RF Vision antenna alignment tool. Did antenna and radioupgrades to new 5G equipment decommissioning old radio and antennas. Riggingradios and antennas for flying operations. Capstan operations lower and raisingequipment. Troubleshooting PIM on RF jumpers, fiber cables to determine if radio orantennas are bad or bad jumpers. Clearing punches, started auditing pictures. Color coding, Weatherproofing.

Torque and Test Helper/DriverDrove truck with test unit on gooseneck or bumper pull trailers. Nippled down andnippled up BOP to wellhead. Helper in stack lifts, casing cuts. Operated grinder andother power tools. Made other breaks and makes on the BOP if needed for drillingcrew to repair or replace Lower/Upper Rams, Blind Rams, and annul-ar repair/maintenance. Utilized hydraulic torque wrenches and hydraulic power packs.Maintenance on hydraulic wrenches, hydraulic power packs. Set up hoses to 1502connection on choke manifold, lined up choke manifold for testing.Tested chokemanifold valves and auto choke valves. Tested make(s) that connected BOP towellhead, Blind Rams.Tested Outside/Inside kill valves, check valve, manual andhydraulic HCR valves on the mud cross. Tested manual IBOP and hydraulic IBOP onTop Drive. Stand pipe, 4" standpipe, 4'' and 2" pipes from standpipe all the way backto the mud pumps on drilling rig. Did stump test, shell test, and casing test.Maintenance and repairs on hydrostatic test unit.

Single Hand WelderOperate SMAW, GMAW, and Flux-core welding procedures. Operateoxygen/acetylene hand torch, Plasma Cutter for cutting material. Worked on drillingrig locations on the Eagle Ford Shale in South TX and Permian Basin Shale in West,TX. Made hand rails, crossovers for vehicle to drive over at location of the drillingcompanies. Made some BBQ pits. Made mud shaker slides, troths for mudshakers. Worked on cutting and installing conductors for drilling procedures. Whatever needed repairs or modification fixed it. Was training install wellhead for oilcompanies with the company owner. Made cellar covers for wells on the pad. Installlanding rings on conductors. Worked on three Concrete Plant hoppers for threedifferent locations for Alamo Concrete company in Alice, TX, Beeville, TX, andIngleside, TX.

Inspected or tested lines or cables, analyzed test results, to assesstransmission characteristics and locate faults or malfunctions. Spliced cables, usedhand tools, epoxy, or mechanical equipment. Set up service for customers, installing,connecting, testing, or adjusting equipment. Placed insulation over conductors orseal splices with moisture-proof covering. Accessed specific areas to string lines orinstall terminal boxes, auxiliary equipment, or appliances, using bucket trucks, or byclimbing poles or ladders, or entering tunnels, trenches, or crawl spaces. Strungcables between structures and lines from poles, towers, or trenches and pull lines toproper tension. Installed equipment such as amplifiers or repeaters to maintain thestrength of communications transmissions. Laid underground cable directly intrenches or strung it through conduits running through trenches. Attended AntennaSystems Communications course at Sheppard, AFB in Witchita Falls, TX. Deployedto Iraq January 2009-November 2009.
