    Tower Technician IWorked on New Site Build Crew (NSB) building sector mounts. Installed antennasand radios on positions on sector mounts as per Work of Scope JSA per site build.Plumbed RF jumpers from appropriate port from radio to antenna port, putappropriate supports every 3 feet after initial support within 18" from antenna to PIMguard. And radio with 6" straight grounds from radio to sector ground bar. Able to doplumbing on ground and up on the tower. Installed sector mount to apex leg of eachsector with and without crane. Attached cable grabs to power trunks and fiber trunksfor preparation to run lines up from ground to work height for job. Hung power trunksoff beam clamps to head to proper sector. Installed cable support using propergrommets and snap ins on a controlled descend using Petzl ID and rope grab.Rigged load rope with appropriate block with tag line and trolley to self, rigged safetyropes for rescue from tower to ground and from ground to tower. Installed stiff armsfrom mount to tower from handrail and foot rail positions. Aligned antennas to correctazimuth utilizing 3Z RF Vision antenna alignment tool. Did antenna and radioupgrades to new 5G equipment decommissioning old radio and antennas. Riggingradios and antennas for flying operations. Capstan operations lower and raisingequipment. Troubleshooting PIM on RF jumpers, fiber cables to determine if radio orantennas are bad or bad jumpers. Clearing punches, started auditing pictures. Color coding, Weatherproofing.
