Care Corps Mission' provides a place of shelter, support and services for homeless and near homeless individuals and families by empowering them to achieve independence, stability and lifelong enrichment through community collaborations.

Assist in the management of the daily operations of assigned property to ensure profitability, Maintain all office functions in property manager’s absence. Prepare lease agreements and resident move-in packets. Prepare, submit, follow up, and process maintenance service requests. Schedule and complete collection calls for delinquent residents.Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Collect and deposit rental payments providing documentation to accounting as required per policy. Prepare and deliver late notices and record late fees.
