Commercial Services Consultant
CurrentMy goal is to assist customers in adopting the products they have purchased and achieving their desired business outcomes. We offer a range of service offerings to help accelerate platform adoption and ensure the success of our customers. As a member of the regional sales team, I work with account teams and customers to ensure successful adoption and implementation. I collaborate with both "inside" and "outside" (Digital, Field, and Partner) sales team members to develop and execute training and sales opportunities for success and adoption services in a specific territory.I create and manage pipeline opportunities aligned with service quotas, and generate new opportunities for Impact, Adoption Services, and Training for customers. I actively participate in district activities.I manage sales and maintain relationships with key contacts in Commercial Accounts. I work with the support team to develop packaging strategies and propose services to improve our offerings. I use the Value-based Selling Methodology to ensure full adoption and implementation of ServiceNow products for impactful results in adoption services.
