Helping with people’s core belief systems, I have developed a very clear understanding of how limiting beliefs present themselves in every day life and how they affect individuals. These can all prevent deep healing and the natural development of a person’s true potential. I provide clarity and hope to people with all kinds of traumas; from extreme lack of self-worth, imposter syndrome, a fear of being seen and lack of drive, self-love and communication skills/fear of speaking out. Though the list of negative beliefs may seem never ending for us all, it is most certainly not by any means permanent. I help individuals understand why they present themselves as they do and remove emotional charges around blocks and resistance, to then replace them with strong and empowering beliefs! We are not our past, so who do we actually want to be?!I have been practising this modality since it’s infancy, training very closely with Jessica Cunningham, CEO and Founder of the Belief Coding® modality, as well as the rest of the Belief Coding® Trainer Team I train those that are interested in learning how to work with the modality on themselves as well as others. Also Bi-lingual in French and English i help with people in both languages.
