• Maintain all previous Team Lead Sales Agent responsibilities, including maintaining my own sales production.• Developed a cross-selling department focused on customer retention and renewals by using the companies existing book of business to generate new revenue. • Periodically revise all company training materials, sales scripts and knowledge database.• Develop new leadership positions within my team, including new Team Lead Sales Agents and Sales Trainer positions. • Interview applicants for multiple positions within the organization including: Outbound Call Representative, Customer Service, Sales Agent and Medicare Sales Agent.• Manage employee time cards, PTO request and attendance patterns, including disciplinary actions, work plans and terminations. • Provide daily organizational updates and attend operations meetings with the Director of Sales, COO and CEO.

Keep call in compliance with State and Federal insurance laws while also maintaining and exceeding company sales goals.
