-Analyzed and recommended applications for tax credit and other public sector financing, including, but not limited to: evaluating project financial feasibility, site inspections, demand and supply calculations, and reviewing public input.-Oversaw multiple projects from initial application to construction and permanent loan closing to ensure appropriate funding amounts. -Established rapport with developers, public officials, non-profits, and attorneys and offered guidance on federal and state regulations. -Contributed policy development and implementation suggestions to Director of Rental Production.

-Performed five-year analysis of actual relocation costs to assist underwriters in determining reasonableness of proposed relocation costs. -Researched Transit Oriented Development and wrote threshold guidelines to include in the 2010 Qualified Allocation Plan. -Assisted underwriting team in various organizational and administrative tasks.

-Interpolated the benefit of the state low income housing tax credit on rents for all 2008 projects. -Compiled market research for eight of the Governor's DREAM Initiative communities.

-Managed verbal and electronic communication between parties involved in alternative dispute resolution cases filed at the National Arbitration Forum. -Promoted to large claim cases, cases over $1MM, in February 2007.

-Appraised commercial property using the sales comparison, cost approach, and income approach to determine its fair market value. -Executed written appraisal reports and market feasibility studies.-Compiled demographic and economic data for several real estate markets throughout Wisconsin.
