Technology Transfer (Mar 2013–Present):▪ Responsible for new Technology Transfer projects, including teams coordination, project planning and project execution working directly for the direction.▪ Responsible for the IPR Transfer, managing University inventions’ entire life cycle from the evaluation of technologies patentability to licensing and monitoring all tasks related with the licencing agreement and technology development.Involving the following tasks:▪ Research Promotion▪ Technologies assessment and Negotiation with companies▪ Drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements▪ Organization of Events (conferences, partnering events, etc)▪ Project coordination▪ Preparation of reports▪ Following of licensed technology: technology development, IP process and economic benefits. Intellectual Property (Mar 2011–Present):▪ Responsible for all the tasks related with the promotion and management of University's Intellectual Property advising about protection strategy to follow in each case, coordinating the researchers and Institutions involved, controlling the deadlines, giving lectures, organising events, etc.Involving the following tasks:▪ Protection promotion among the scientific community▪ Legal and technical advice on the protection of research results and patent processing▪ Patentability analysis▪ Protection strategy▪ Review of patent drafts, official responses, etc.▪ Follow up the IP process ▪ Intellectual Property Management▪ Maintenance of the patent and brand portfolio.▪ Drafting and negotiation of agreements

As patent advisor I acquired a deep knowledge about the different patent systems and how protect inventions within the Biotechnology and Pharmacy fields.Involving the following tasks:▪ Analysis of state of the art▪ Patentability Report▪ Patent drafting▪ Response to official actions▪ Processing of patents

During this period I took part of experiments on the production and purification of wild-type forms and mutants of flavocytochrome b2 and I was involved in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques (e.g.: bacterial transformation, recombinant cell growth, protein purification by chromatographic methods, enzyme activity and protein assays, SDS-gel electrophoresis).
