Welcome to my profile! I'm working as a policy advisor in the field of public health and urban planning. People describe me as a go-getter (or sometimes a little impatient) and well-organized (unless you would see my desk). Diversity in my work is what I enjoy the most: urban design, stakeholder management, environmental management, governance procedures, citizen participation, public health etc. In my free time, my passion is to travel through Europe by train, to discovering unknown places, meet new persons and enjoy the freedom of 'just a backpack'. Due to 7+ years of active membership in the European Geography Association (EGEA), I've gained experience in an international organization - as volunteer, board member, event organizer and more. My expertise is about international events organization, intercultural cooperation, strategic decision-making, and HR-management of volunteers. I enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in open-minded organizations. I've learned that issues and communication are usually not that obvious, which is often overlooked in non-international and non-diverse settings.
