About Esther Hale

With a strong focus on international business, I negotiate with marketers, distributors and the occassional end user of our products in conjunction with internal and external financing sources to find the right fit/mix of credit facilities to effectively grow our respective businesses. This involves daily monitoring of soverign, economic and FX risks along with a close watch on our customer's internal credit lines, evolving financial condition and payment habits. Extensive experience with international banking products especially Letters of Credit -- Documentary and Standby as well as Documentary Collections. I also negotiate financial and export compliance language with our Business Units, legal departments and customers to effect the strongest possible contractual relationships.
