Edited technical and marketing documents with adherence to Farallon’s Style Guide and strict company protocols. Primary work involved reviewing, formatting, and editing a variety of documents, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, short letter and RFP/RFQ proposals, groundwater and air monitoring reports, technical memoranda, letters, cost estimate spreadsheets, procedures, manuals, and marketing and related materials.

• Edited documents for the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Project: Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), 2010 Supplemental Draft EIS, 15+ technical discipline reports, including transportation; environmental justice; air quality; fish, vegetation, and wildlife; hazardous materials; and land use. This work contributed to regulatory approval for the project.• Compiled and organized responses to public comments. Edited figures and tables for readability and consistency. • Revised EIS according to “reader-friendly” standards, prepared index, and compiled materials for administrative record. Performed extensive, detailed print proofing. • Received two “Core Values” recognitions from Parametrix.
