Esther is currently an undergraduate student at ASU W.P.Carey School of Business, studying Accountancy with a Business Data Analytics Certificate. She has earned the Obama Scholarship and the New American University - Provost’s Award.Esther is also a hardworking secretary at her workplace and a volunteer at the Vietnamese Community of Arizona. She has earned awards from the Vietnamese Community of Arizona for being an active student in her contributions to the Vietnamese community and for having a 4.0 GPA. She has also contributed to the filming and development process of the VIETNEWS USA YouTube channel, which has 5.3k+ subscribers. It is a YouTube channel that aims on informing the Vietnamese community on important information on current events occurring in the US.Esther has been working at the Bamboo Bakery for over 4 years and that has been voted best in Arizona for 5+ years. She is one of the main bakers at the Bamboo Bakery and has been working towards becoming one of the lead sales managers at the establishment. She has attended the monthly Cake Tasting Events at the Bamboo Bakery, as well as notable bridal expos like the Arizona Wedding Show which is one of the biggest wedding shows in Arizona, as a sales representative and cake-tasting server. Esther's main hobby is learning, which could be translated into exploring new things every day. Although each lesson varies for each topic, she tries her best for each until she moves on to the next one. She has studied and learned both Vietnamese and Structured Query Language (SQL). She can understand basic Vietnamese and can read Vietnamese. For SQL, she has a very basic understanding of SQL and has improved this skill through Khan Academy. She is currently improving her skills in project management and event planning from her volunteer work at The Vietnamese Alliance Church as the Activity Coordinator for the Youth Group which is comprised of 20+ members and is still growing in number.
