I love juggling and other circus skills (like diabolo, duo-acrobatics, unicycling, ballon modelling, magic and slackline) en I love to perform, to teaching and to create and write theater and acts.I love to do it and to share it. And I like that it often creates openings to special contacts. I like to inspire people and I know that I can Always learn plenty from others as well. I am positive and full of energy. Whatever I do I like to do it well. And i like travelling and poetry.Within my company Clown Kiko / Circus Kiko I perform juggling shows and acts, interactive theater for children, firshows and balloon modelling. I also teach circus and juggling workshops to children as well as adults. I have special affinity and experience in teaching and perfroming for groups with special needs c.q. special challenges. Like children teens / adults with mental or physical handcicaps / challenges, with autism, adhd or psychiatric or learning dissabilities / challenges. I like to focus on what people are good at and on what they CAN do instead of what they cannot do. And I like to achieve this through creativity, a possitive approach and where necessary a clear structure.I like to make kind of a connection with my education (social work/child/youth care/residential care) and former profession and my clowning and circus buisness.I love to perform for children or adults with special needs (like phiscical or mental handicaps/challenges, people with autism, children in hospital, psyciatric istitutions, jail, nursing homes etc.I do perform for these "settings" regularyMy strenght is in understanding the psychology of children (and an audience in general) and using this to make shows and acts that they enjoy watching and which keep them involved. I try as much as possible to create my performances consistent with the different ages and levels of development of the children /audiences.My technical juggling skills are: I juggle 5 balls, 3 clubs, 4 rings, 3 torches, 3 knives, 2 diabolo's, and I do devilsticls and chinese plate spinning. I also do balloon modeling and also some magic and acrobatics.Specialties: performing for children 2-10 years old, teaching juggling and circus skills all ages, empathizing, analyzing, interpreting, to excite and challenge others, to make them wonder, creativity, providing structure, working with special need (mental, physical, development or learning disabilities)
