Hypnose is een krachtige manier om in contact te komen met je onbewuste zelf. Een manier waarbij de oplossing voor een probleem vaak snel gevonden wordt, want wist jij dat ons bewuste brein per seconde gemiddeld 60 bits aan informatie verwerkt, terwijl ons onbewuste per seconde wel 11,2 miljoen bits verwerkt? Wanneer je er vanuit gaat dat 60 bits ongeveer gelijk staat aan 5 woorden, dan verwerkt ons onbewuste zo'n 3 boeken per seconde! Best veel nietwaar? Dit boeit mij enorm en ik krijg er dan ook waanzinnig veel energie van om mensen te helpen om deze schat aan informatie aan te spreken zodat er een eureka moment kan ontstaan! Ik richt me op zelfstandig werkende moeders, omdat ik dat flinke affiniteit mee heb. Als zelfstandig werkende moeder met twee bedrijven en een studie durf ik te zeggen dat ik ervaringsdeskundige ben in het hoog houden van alle ballen. Het verschil met vroeger en nu is dat ik dat nu met alle gemak doe en ik lach er nog bij ook! Hoe heb ik dat geflikt? Eigenlijk best eenvoudig. Met de waanzinnige hulp van mijn eigen onbewuste brein en een paar goede suggesties kwam er rust in de tent. Omdat ik zelf de bodem van een burn-out heb geraakt, is het mijn missie geworden om vrouwen hiervoor te behoeden. Mocht de bodem al geraakt zijn, dan help ik mijn clienten met heel veel passie om ze de zon weer te laten zien schijnen!Help ik dan alleen maar vrouwen met kinderen? Het is zeer zeker mijn doelgroep, maar dat neemt niet weg dat je als vrouw zonder kinderen of als man niet welkom bent. Hypnose is bijna voor iedereen. Voor wie niet? Wanneer je niet in hypnose wil gaan of niet voor jezelf komt, maar omdat bijvoorbeeld jouw partner dat graag wil dan heeft het geen zin. Hypnose doe je voor jezelf en uiteraard heeft jouw omgeving er ook baat bij wanneer jij krachtig in het leven staat!
