Ho svolto svariati lavori amministrativi inerenti ai trasporti Italia-Scandinavia e Italia-Germania, dal controllo e l'emissione delle fatture ai ribassi, dalla gestione dei reclami ai conteggi interni e l'emissione di offerte tramite un apposito programma.

Nello specifico ho potuto collaborare attivamente al progetto "vestiTIvesto", volto a fornire supporto vestiario a persone in difficoltà economiche, mediante vari punti di distribuzione in Ticino. Queste distribuzioni sono attive tut'ora grazie al lavoro di Amici della Vita e non da ultimo dei volontari.

With the european program Leonardo da Vinci I did an Internship abroad in order to improve my english and work skills.I also attained a course regarding dangerous good RID/ADR and learned how to recognize them and how to reduce risks. I checked each week the trailers with dangerous good and made sure they had everything that was requested to secure the good and the personnel.I worked with the system azyra as well, handling rebates and issuing invoices/credit notes. Each day I received the customer papers from the hauliers and made sure everything was there. I organized road transports, intermediating with customers and hauliers.

I worked for Hupac both in the Italian and German part of Switzerland for several years, earning experience and professional skills as well as language knowledge and special friends.

In Richard Kempers I had my first work experience in the Groupage Transport field.
