Structuring the organization by coordinating and obtaining the ISO:9001 certification, structuring the HR department by i.e. writing the staff handbook and drawing up HR procedures. Aside that involved in the sales department by taking care of sales reporting, customer support and customer complaint handling.

As part of a decentralization, I was assigned to two main projects: (1) reducing local staff in Utrecht, and (2) building-up regional offices in developing countries. (1) Help setting-up the mobility desk for employees who had to leave the company. Took care of planning appointments for the career coaches, assisted with career-oriented workshops and took care of progress-, financial-, and evaluation reporting.(2) Monitoring the progress of internal projects and taking care of timely and correct reporting and evaluations, help organizing (international) events and trainings.

Producing, organizing and marketing new travels to new destinations in developing countries to stimulate sustainable volunteer travels. This included initiating contact and building a relationship with (new) partners abroad, creating travel itineraries, attending events (i.e. vakantiebeurs), marketing, sales, writing and designing the content of brochures.
