I also managed several client escalations and channelled client pain points to fulfillment, product management, engineering and support leadership to help the business stay client-focussed.I developed the Australia Software Support onboarding process and successfully on-boarded new starters by providing coaching, feedback and role modeling to enable them to be high performing. My time at Geos Mining has seen me perform Data Geologist activities prior to being promoted to Field Data Manager, where I was also required to cover OHS Coordinator role and maternity leave Mining Engineer and Tenement Geologist positions. I specialised in conducting GIS analysis, geoprocessing information using ArcGIS and Manifold. I acted as a conduit between clients and Field Geologists, overseeing data management processes including data correction, entry and transfer between databases, writing SQL scripts, manipulating commodity data and performing statistical analysis and validation. My attention to detail was put to good use in calculating, auditing and developing fugitive emission templates to track lost gas and gas content as well as managing tenements application, renewal, reporting and compliance.I oversaw OHS compliance and ensured activity occured within regulatory parameters, monitoring licensing expiry and renewals and publishing Standard Operating Procedures for staff use via the company intranet. ♦ Developed SQL based database alongside a Senior Consultant to automate reporting, resulting in increased efficiency; ♦ Established joint venture offering fugitive emission estimation services to clients, enabling onboarding of high value clients and significant cost savings for customers;♦ Project managed data centralisation project, resulting in increased transparency, reduced duplication and automated reporting.

I performed a hands-on role in delivering 2D and 3D marine seismic data processing using proprietary data processing software. I conducted testing of parameters and despiked data prior to client delivery.
