As President of Giant Step, I oversee agency operations and growth. I joined as a partner in 2014 to build Giant Step's brand marketing practice.

As a consultant, I had a unique opportunity to collaborate with a variety of consumer brands and marketing agencies as a "Swiss army knife," servicing a broad range of special projects and business needs. This included: • Leading brand strategy projects and new product launches in collaboration with brand CMO • Developing and producing brand's sales and marketing conferences, in collaboration with brand's executive team• Building a global brand's in-house agency (creative services department) from the ground up; implementing tools and processes for briefing, trafficking, procurement; defining department roles, hiring and training team• Collaborating with client and agency-side partners to drive and launch integrated campaigns (print, content, experiential/field marketing, social)• Consulting with agency CEO on service offering and financial model• RFP response (consulting with agency CEO, leading pitch teams through end-to-end process, from RFP to multi-million dollar account wins)

Pinkberry was the dominant global leader in the frozen yogurt category at the time. As a brand leader, I was responsible for oversight of all marketing communications and brand initiatives, including product roll-out, lifestyle marketing, social and digital marketing, customer loyalty, field marketing, and corporate social responsibility.

I led Red Bull’s premiere Brand Building event properties (including Red Bull Flugtag & Red Bull Soapbox Race), overseeing marketing and production for events with a national television audience. My role including cross-functional leadership of marketing, operations, content, merchandise and brand partner teams to roll out these programs throughout the U.S., with event attendance of up to 100K people in key markets and national broadcasts on outlets including NBC and Fox. I also developed and implemented field marketing toolkits for Red Bull's teams throughout the U.S., and established standards, guidelines and best practices for field marketing execution.

I led Iris Worldwide's Adidas account in the U.S., with services that supported Brand Marketing, Key Accounts, Digital, Events, Company Owned Stores. I dissected and delivered all briefs, guided the creative/strategic process, and led production of brand print campaigns and digital content. During this time, I also opened and managed Iris' LA office and drove Business Development initiatives with new clients, from RFP to program execution. Iris was awarded “Agency of the Year” Marketing Week, #3 “Fastest Growing Agency in the US” PROMO Magazine 2007.

I oversaw development and execution of several award-winning event marketing and consumer sampling programs for Rimmel London, adidas, MySpace, U.S. Cellular, Lowe’s. As the lead client contact, I oversaw client servicing, program and event reporting, working with clients to establish program scope, targets and metrics. I collaborated with production design and production directors on the design, fabrication and freighting of tour sets. In collaboration with my Account team, I hired, trained and managed field teams executing projects. I also drove Business Development initiatives with new clients in partnership with our agency President, from RFP to program execution.

Following my passion for music, I founded a boutique talent and marketing agency, specializing in music and lifestyle clients. I shepherded the business through start-up phase to level of high visibility, with a client roster of 50+ music artists and brands. We collaborated with brands on special projects, music supervision, talent and event sponsorships, with a range of brands including DC Shoes, The Gap, Nike, Diesel, Levi’s, LG Mobile Phones, Martell Liquor, Rane, Spiewak, Technics, Tiger Beer, Twix, Vestax. We supported Eyeball NYC on development and launch of Expansion Team, a music production team for clients such as Comedy Central, Showtime, American Express. We negotiated artist engagement contracts and partnerships, and managed tour and event logistics (legal, accounting, pre-production and logistics, international visas).
