As the Director, Channel Business Development I am responsible for driving channel demand for Micron’s datacenter product lines. This includes creating the strategy, execution of initiatives and channel/customer engagements that result in additional pipeline and revenue for the region. In this role, I strongly collaborates with the regional sales and marketing teams and act as the business and technical liaison between the region and the BU. Activities such as product training, speaking at industry events, creating sales strategies, and identifying new customer targets are part of my responsibilities.

▪ Creation of strategic business plans for enterprise products (SSD, HDD and platforms) ▪ Direct sales account ownership of 3 strategic datacenter accounts in Europe▪ Sales Development of JBOD/storage servers from $3M to $20M/quarter in less than 2 years▪ Technical partnerships with ecosystem ISV partners, incl. POC, certification, and GTM activities▪ Support of sales team with product, technical and market knowledge for customer engagements▪ Training of customer channel partners on the company’s enterprise technology and products

• Development of strategic market/product line business plans for enterprise SSD market in EMEA• Strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners, including POC and GTM activities• Technical responses to customers RFQ, incl. product definition, manufacturing processes, qualification procedures and test capabilities• Established first engagement and qualifications with enterprise datacenter and OEM customers in Europe, Israel and Russia

• Integration of SMART Storage Systems' SSD products into SanDisk portfolio

• Management of PLM and outbound marketing team for enterprise SSD product line, including MRD, PRD and future roadmap definitions• Develop messaging, positioning and strategic GTM plan for SSD product line, including creating of marketing collateral• Responsible for detailed technical RFQ responses to OEM customers, ranging from product definition to manufacturing processes, qualification procedures and testing capabilities• Act as the company spokesperson at industry events, and interface with press and analysts

▪ Run the product line as a P/L center, optimizing ROI and pricing of products▪ Creation of MRD and PRD for SSD and flash-based products▪ Lead global teams in response to customer RFQ’s, audits of manufacturing, test and qual procedures▪ Writing of press releases, interface with press and analysts as the company’s spokesperson▪ Development of partner portal and marketing collateral
