I am in charge of a portfolio of MENA clients :- Development of cosmetics products (perfume, body care): from branding to design, as well as production follow up, I am in relation with various international partners (suppliers and clients)- Concept creation: marketing brief, design, laboratory- Finalization of proposals for customers and tracking workflow of every stakeholder/contacts, internal and external;- Office management for cosmetics files in the process of products registration- Nomenclature management for new products- Product development monitoring in cooperation with the team and processing plants

Cold weather + Eyewear division of totes isotoner for Mass and Retail markets :- Collections development with our stylists and factories- Preparation of sales tools for our sales force in Europe : catalogue, sales pitch, samples, packaging, POS display, photo shootings and catwalks.- Resale analyses in order to built new winning strategies- Working for margin improvement and forecasts orders- Working with our PR agency to enhance our brand image and development of exclusive products

I began as a Sales associate at the Galeries Lafayette, first profit center of Swarovski in Europe. I was in charge of several missions related to our boutique development :- Setting follow-up tools for CRM and marketing actions- Team formation, steering promotional event - Development of a partnership with the Department Store to promote Swarovski's image towards VIP customers- Retail sales, stock management and after-sales services.

During my degree internship at the Strategic Planning Office of Renault, French automotive industry leader, I worked on the capitalization of the knowledge management in a strategic partnership context with Renault-Nissan Alliance.I contributed to :- the implementation of partnerships steering committees,- the improvement of decisions and governance systems,- the drive of management changes and the creation of training kit for our teams.

3 months internship based in Taipei in the automotive accessories industry, in a taiwanese trading company. I was in charge of our major French customers (importer and retailer) :- control and follow-up of orders, packaging and invoices issues,- planning of business trips (fairs & customer visits)- profiling the successor.
