I worked solely with Apple devices during this time. I also worked with BMC Remedy as the ticketing system for the devices and other issues.During my co-op term at Bendix CVS, I assisted in their PC refresh project and personally set up the network and software configuration of roughly 100 laptops/desktops for Bendix employees nationwide. I worked a great deal with Active Directory and Quest ActiveRoles applications as well as HEAT Software Desktop & Server Management (DSM). I assisted in the area of workplace support with responsibilities such as desktop and mobile device management, Microsoft AD administration, and local IT applications and projects.
