The position is composed of 70% Investigations and 30% Manual Client/server testing.• Perform Investigations of complex issues found in production. This demands - Understanding the impact, Finding a workaround & Pinpointing the exact issue for prioritization. • Preform Web/Mobile testing via Mac/Linux platforms on features selected by the QA team Based on our broad perspective & knowledge. • Provide consultation on a regular basis in pre-design meetings of future features.• Perform knowledge-transfers of tested features and other technical subjects in the QA team and out.• Utilize - AWS (EC2, Redshift, Athena, S3, MySQL, Couchbase, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Git, Kibana, Datorama, Jira Etc..• Successfully foster productive relationships with diverse employees within the organization.
