In 2010, 2012 I was in the top 5 on my team for sales. For four years I have consistently been in the top ten for each year’s sales numbers. I have covered single family units, as well as MDU (multiple dwelling unit) direct sales with a great degree of success. Promoted to Consultation Queue, I assisted other technicians in a supervisory role. I managed calls within the Super Queue or Mars and Mariner queue, supporting beta versions of new MSN software, and the Mariner operating system for web companions. I was promoted to the Escalations Queue, where I was responsible to make outbound calls to support corporate and customer service escalations, as well as escalations from other call centers around the country.I was moved up to the Technical Assistance Queue to support the customer support team in “Save A Member”(SAM).
